Eleni Georgiadi is a PhD holder from the University of Patras,Department of Medical Physics,Biomedical Engineering (BME) and the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) She is a member of the In Silico Oncology Group, NTUA. She has a bachelor degree in Physics from the Aristotle University of Greece received in 2002 (specialization in Nuclear and Particle physics), and an MSc degree in Medical Physics from the University of Surrey received in 2003. Previous working experience at Institute of Research & Technology Hellas, Institute of Computer Science,Biomedical Informatics Laboratory (period: 04/2006 -03/2008) with training bursary offered through the ACGT program. She was also radiation protection supervisor at 2 hospitals during 2004. Her current scientific interests are simulation of growth and response of solid tumours to chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment schemes.
